We’re in Sebring, Florida visiting my parents for Christmas - no snow pictures here!
Beautiful Edinboro Lake in the fall!
For an hour this morning, the light changed and moved… My five year old son Truett wanted to capture a few photos as well; he looked outside and said, “Mom! Get a picture of that!” And I told him to capture it himself (ha - parenting at it’s best!).

My cousin Melisa asked me to take a few portraits of her, as she prepares to release a branding and marketing course. As I was waiting, I captured this:

Wednesday October 17, 2018 - YES - these photos were taken on the same day! Beautiful sunrise photos, and then the skies turned cloudy and it rained most of the morning. By mid-afternoon, these beautiful rainbows swept across the Venango Valley! I was actually annoyed that my husband Dave knocked on my studio door and interrupted me from doing voice overs… but once I saw how huge and amazing the rainbows were, I quickly ran and grabbed my camera to capture it’s beauty. Enjoy!

I spent a lot of time this spring walking these dusty dirt roads. It’s a wonderful time to quiet my spirit and take in the natural beauty and fresh air.
